An urban legend floating around suggests that Fred Rogers, the man who hosted and created the children's television show "Mr. Roger's Neighborhood," was at one point a sniper for the U.S. Navy SEALs. This inaugural episode of "Claim: Fact or Fiction?" examines that claim as well as the origins of it.
